I wonder if anyone has any sailing opportunities from the Plymouth area.

I haven't been out to sea in the last couple of years, so would be rusty for a short time. Jowever, I'd welcome the chance to try some day sailing, or if you needed extra hands for a channel hop, that would be good too.
