Hi, we are a professional family from Plymouth who have recently moved out to Spain.

We are looking for a long term rental, or a rent with option to buy, a LARGE house.

It would be preferred in the Costa blanca (inland slightly is fine but all considered), or up nearer to Valencia. Would also consider nearer to Benidorm.

We are looking for the following...................

A large house with at least 4 bedrooms.
Storage space.
A medium or large garden
Off road parking.
A pool
Aircon and heating, or partial aircon at least
Neare-ish to shops, school and other services.
Fairly good transport links
No leaks when it rains (!)
Postal delivery or bouzons (mail boxes) nearby available
mains water and electric

Deposit and excellent refs available.
