Excellent opportunity for an up and coming Sous Chef to work in a AA Starred Hotel which has huge potential. This position ideal for a motivated individual who is willing to learn and gain more experience in the industry. As this kitchen is wanting to have a strong team to move forward in the near future.

You must be hard working,committed and be willing to work as part of a team. Hours will be varied and so you must be extremely flexible as the potential to be promoted to Head Chef is achievable.

My client is also willing to pay a competitive salary up to £25,000 per annum for the right person and accomodation is also available.
