Hi im looking to move out of my house at the end of june, so my room will be avaliable for july and aug. There are 6 people in the house altogether, but it is a very quiet and comfortable house. It has just been refurbished all furniture and accessories are brand new and stylish. It is about 15mis walk from uni, 5 mins from mutley. It has good parking and a roof terrace for the summer. Its £275 per month.
