Gold pocket watch,probably a ladies,14crt,with key and in good working order..it measures 1 3/8" accross x 3/8" wide...the face is white with roman numerals and gold hands..the back is very pretty,I'm assuming engraved (see photo) ..inside the first back cover it is impressed with the initials 'D.F.&co'encircled with a line..14K in a square and the numbers 71468 below...unfortunately,although there is a little 'thing' to press to open the cover to the mechanism,try as I might,I have been unable to get it open;I'm sure there is a knack,but I don't have it...the whole watch is in great condition and runs well..as I have inherited this,I cannot give you any history,sorry.......if you would care to email me,I can send you some mre pictures..
