Beautiful Shared House, just off Mutley Plain, in the Peverell area of Plymouth. Very near the City centre, train station and University. There are 2 rooms available. One small single (but reflected in the cheap price) and one large double, with seperate shower facilities. Four people live in the house at present who are all professionals. Only professionals wanted (no students please). The house has 3 bathrooms in total, large kitchen, lounge, garden. The house rental is split equally between housemates and the bills are also split equally (making the rent alot cheaper than if it were per room). the house already has superfast broadband, phone and virgin media.
