The Dollshouse was a labour of love, hand built by a lovely man, in his shed! It is 1/12th scale, and Victorian style, unfurnished, but painted in magnolia, ready for decorating and furnishing. The are 780 roof tiles, each hand made, on the roof. There are also 100 tiles, individually made, on the chimney breast, with a terracotta chimney pot.
The roof lifts off to reveal an attic space. The windows have shutters which also are individually made. Really, it wou,ld be better for a buyer to collect!
