On behalf of my client I am recruiting for Production Supervisors/Managers to oversee both staff and productivity in their Redruth based factory.

There are a number of positions available across both day and night shifts, with an immediate start for the right candidates. Candidates must demonstrate previous experience in a similar capacity within a production environment, particularly candidates interested in night role must have experience working as a night-time supervisor.

On a regular basis these roles will require management of approx 20 staff, although during busy periods this number may be doubled. Successful candidates will have a strong but not overbearing character in order to rapidly gain respect and motivate the workforce to achieve stretching productivity targets. A diplomat, the right person will have a stable work history and strong overall management skills to ensure that things run smoothly at all times. Language skills, perticularly Eastern European would be an advantage but not essential.
