The rent is £342.99 pcm, which includes utility bills and cleaning of the communal areas every month. In addition Virgin TV and broadband are set up, and coordinated by the tenants.
The house is literally 5 minutes from the university, 5 minutes from the train station, and 5 minutes from mutley plane, and approximately 10-15 minutes from Drake Circus.
