I am looking for someone to replace me in a student house as i am wanting to move in with my partner and no longer need the room.

The house is at the beginning of Mount Gould Rd, sharing with 3boys and 3girls all in their 2nd year at Plymouth uni. The house has a washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 fridges and 2 freezers, oven, microwave, lounge with cable tv, 2bathrooms, extra separate toilet.

Bedroom is fully furnished including a double bed, built in wardrobe, desk, shelves, chest of drawers, wooden floor, with a nice and large bay window.
15mins away from uni, barbican, town etc

Housemates are all very friendly and sociable, all studying different subjects but get along really well and are very welcoming to new people.
