Nice atmosphere, a fairly quiet house - we all moved in independently so there is a range of personalities, musical tastes, ages and interests. Currently 5 nice gents and 2 girls but one of the girls is off to a new job so we are looking to find soneone to move in from december (negociable start). No couples (although partners and friends are welcome to visit!). To be honest a girl would be prefered to keep a M/F mix but we are open to all applicants!

Room: Nice double room, carpeted, recently refurbished, neutral coulours. Furnised with modern double bed, desk, drawers etc. House is of a high standard throughout - nice decor, double glazed, period features. Living room with comfy leather sofa's and cable tv . Wireless broadband . Shared kitchen (see pic) with modern appliences including washing machine and tumble dryer. 3 WC's, 2 Showers, 1 bath. 15mins walk to town/uni/mutley plain. On street parking - no permit req.

Rent £310 pcm

Important bits: Rent includes council tax, TV licence, broadband and water but excludes elec/gas. Gas/Elec split between house (av around £20 pp/pcm)

Contracts are per room, minimum term 6 months. Deposit and guarantor/refs required. One off contract/credit check fee also applies (£65). Sorry, no pets (well no dogs/cats, others negotiable!).
