I’m a 37 yr old musician who’s been playing guitar for 17 years.
I’m offering guitar lessons from my home just off St Levan road, Stoke.
The lessons are aimed at beginners or people who can play a few chords, but would like to take it further.
The lessons will be structured so that you’ll learn guitar fundamentals, music theory and how to play recognisable songs straight away!
First lesson only £10 for an hour. £15 thereafter. I’m pretty relaxed about my time keeping so if we run over, it will not cost you any extra.
I can pretty much do the lessons at any time of day or evening at the moment.
In the first lesson I’ll assess where you’re at and then we can move on to cover any of or all of the following topics:
Tuning
Learning the notes all the way up the fretboard
Open chords
Barre chords
Theory which will enable you to build all chord types
Most common scales used in rock and pop music
The blues
Chord progressions
Other scales
Improvisation
Soloing
Learning songs that you want to be able to play
I should also state that I do not teach anyone under the age of 18.
