i have a double room in a fantastic beautiful period house just offf mutley plain.
it is unfurnished and does need a coat of paint, no big problem there. u could put your stamp on it straight away or i could paint it magnolia if you like.
the rent may sound expensive and it may go down if i get the water rates down, ( u know how they are!)

t.v license
and a very large broadband and virgin tv package all with the extra film and pre recorded programs, ( fantastic if u work shifts and always missing ur fav programs)
the bedrooms do come with extra virgin boxes in them for extra choice and privacy on your own.
i do have pussy cats so u need to non allergic and an animal lover.
the house really is beautiful and period style but not ultra modern which is not my style. i have furnished the whole house so u would need only your bedroom stuff.
the house has a fantastic large lounge with fireplace
a dining room ( currently full of boxes of books but will be a dining room in the next few weeks)
a new kitchen with unworking fireplace but large with great wood floors
a bathroom (of course)
and two double bedrooms.
i also have a smallish garden but great for loads of potted plants and push bikes etc
im deborah and im 34 so looking for a mature person who likes cats, lovely old houses and still likes a drink or two but really needs to sleep in a quiete house.
