I have two workshops available for rent. The larger is £50 per week and the smaller £40. You can rent both for £80 per week. Both workshops have power, light and water, and are suitable for working on vehicles. The larger has a pit and a 3-phase point. Available to user(s) of both garages is an upstairs kitchenette and loo.

The larger garage/workshop is approx 14' x 18' max (I recommend no car exceeding 17' 6" overall length); the smaller is approx 12' x 18' max but there is a staircase running up the back and any long car needs to go in at a slight angle. There is ample room in each garage to work on a car; the larger one is a little higher and could accommodate a fairly big van.

Terms: very informal terms of use. Easy in and out. Deposit £50 (returnable at end of use) for each garage. Contribution to electricity. There is no heating but you are welcome to borrow my Calor Gas heater if you pay for the cylinders!

NOTE: The entire premises includes a large upstairs office (with heating) - if you require that too, I can assign the whole place to you, though I presently use the office partly as an art studio.
