Some duties will include:
·one to one support and key working with clients
·giving housing and benefit advice to tenants and people living independently
·assessing clients needs and generating support plans
·Multi agency networking
Our client is looking for someone who has worked within a floating support role previously and is able to loan work.

This is a full time contract to start in 3 weeks. An Enhanced CRB check is essential for this role. Full driving licence will be required and access to transport during working hours.
