We have a double room to rent on the lower ground floor of a large 4 story house near mutley. There are two living rooms, large kitchen, large garden, bathroom, seperate shower room and WC. Other benefits include on street parking, 20MB wireless broadband and cable tv which are included in the monthly price of £250.

The house is well located within a 15 minute walk of the city centre as well as being very close to the shops/bar's/clubs of mutley plain.

There are currently 4 of us living here (2 guys, 2 girls) We are all young professionals aged between 23 and 26 who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, a tidy house.....and a drink at the weekend :)
