I require a Quality Engineer based in Dorset, to be responsible for improving product quality through the use of recognised Quality tools and developing good working relationships. This will involve supporting operator and inspection training, running weekly defect reviews and carrying out 8D reports in a team environment, to ensure right first time assembly of product, whilst meeting the objectives of the business. The job holder will also be responsible and accountable for a small team of Quality Technicians/ Inspectors.

Applicants should have a Degree or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline, a proven track record and working knowledge of electronics manufacturing environment with knowledge and experience of PCB manufacture, both Surface Mount and Conventional.
