hi, i am a 45 yr old black woman looking for a gym buddy,
my workout motivation is primarily exercise and weight loss, so having someone else to give me a push (and visa versa) and to be responsible to, should make a big difference in the level of motivation that we have and therefore how often we workout. Going to the gym with someone else can also be more fun!
