I'm looking to let out my 2 bedroom house for the summer as I'll be away from mid-June to the end of August/ mid-September. The house is newly redecorated and fully furnished with new furniture and new appliances (fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher etc). The flooring is newly fitted wood floor and new carpets throughout. Both bedrooms contain new pocket sprung divan beds (one double and one kingsize) and the bathroom is newly tiled and fitted with toilet, basin, bath and shower.

I am willing to rent the rooms individually or the house as a whole to both singles and couples (different rates apply for couples, please contact me for further details). The double room for single occupany is £310 per calendar month including bills. The whole house for 2 couples is £800 per calendar month. Currently a new boiler is being fitted. Downstairs there is a living room with 2 sofas and a dining room (with a big dining table perfect for working or for dinner parties!) The kitchen contains all the appliances you could need plus pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc.

The house has wireless broadband and cable TV with video and DVD player and telephone. The cost of these will be included in the rent (excluding costs of calls etc). All utilities (gas, electricity, water, internet, cable TV, phone rental and TV licence) are included in the rent. Council tax is not included. Permit parking is available outside and full or temporary parking permits can be bought cheaply from the City Council.
