I'm running a project investigating the wellbeing and happiness generated from running and I'd appreciate your input.

It is an improved version of the same questionnaire for the Plymouth Half Marathon for those that helped out with that one. I'm looking for as many opinions as possible, so if you get a few minutes please give it a go.

It involves filling in an online questionnaire before the 18th June, again on the day and a final one 2 weeks later. They take about 5mins each.

Those that fill in all 3 will be entered into a prize draw to WIN A MASSAGE to ease those aches away!
