Established Hotel and resort complex are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join their team.

You will have a strong passion for cooking and have a proven training in pastry at a 4 star hotel and above, we are looking for a Chef de partie who can come in and cook from the heart. You will have experience in working with desserts, ice creams, sorbets and bread making and want to continue and move upwards.

This operation is based in a truly beautiful location and the position offers scope, development and the chance to work in a successful kitchen brigade.
