We are looking for a housemate to share our gorgeous Victorian Town House with. We have a double room with a city view to let, in our 4 storey house just 3 minutes walk of Truro city centre. The house is very spacious and consists of two lounges, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen diner. It is a fully furnished house, the room is unfurnished at the moment but we could supply furniture if needed. We also have a nice garden which is a real sun trap

We are two professional females in our late twenties; we both work in the health profession. We would ideally like to share with another female. We are looking for a likeminded housemate who would be considerate of the fact we work 9-5 but who is also sociable and friendly (and make a good cup of tea). Having had shared lots of houses in the past we are looking for someone who would help to keep the house feeling lovely and homely, as we really value having a nice atmosphere to come home to at the end of the day. It is generally a quiet house in the week but we do like to go out and have fun on the weekends.

The rent is £100 per week which includes, all basic bills, AND sky TV, wireless internet, and phone line.
