A Head Receptionist is required on the island of Bryher which is located in the Isles of Scilly, 28 miles off the coast of Cornwall.

Required to run the reception at Hell Bay. this is a hands on position and the main duties include the following;

Responsible for dealing with customer enquiries, handling bookings and processing confirmation letters. Preparing guests bills and processing the payment. Reconciling the day's banking and producing the relative reports. Secretarial duties for the Hotel Manager. Compiling Arrival and Departure lists, ensuring that the Head of Departments receive a copy. Provide administration support to the Hotel Manager.

Knowledge of Hotel Perfect would be an advantage but use of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

This is a live in position which is required from January until November 2010.
