Accounts Administrator Required to cover Maternity Leave
Role will include :-
Inputting data onto spreadsheets (Excel manipulation)
Small staff payroll
Inputting supplier invoices onto Sage system
Reconciling invoices to monthly statements
Managing office stationary
Maintaining office filing system
Producing weekly reports
Any adhoc duties as required
This vacancy will run between September 2008 and March 2009, and will possibly run longer.
The hours will be part-time, 18 hours per week (Mon 9am-5pm, Tues 9am - 5pm and Weds 10am - 2pm)
The rate of pay will be £6.60 per hour, paid weekly via BACS.
