For work reasons, I want to swap my lovely and comfortable, House Association, 1 bed house, with front good sized garden, for a 1/2 bed house in Plymouth town center, garden essential.
Only another house or a bungalow accepted.
Please do not reply from areas like North Prospect or similar. Only in the town center or very near by, close to all amenities.
My house is at a very short walk to all amenities, GP, schools, train, buses, take away, Morrison's and Somerfield supermarkets.
Is very quiet and situated in a very friendly neighbourhood. I expect the same back.
