Large double room with sink, wardrobes and drawers available for rent in Mutley. Rent is £290 a month excluding electricity and gas (usually an additional £50) and council tax. Included in rent is Water, internet and full cable TV package. We are a group of 5 (2 workers, 3 students) looking for a lively and sociable person to move in to this large house which is a few doors down from Goodbodies, 10 minutes from the University and 15 minutes from Drake's Circus.
