Hi, I am a professional female , 38, looking for a housemate to share my spacious 3 storey house, located in the Ford area.I am looking for either a single person OR a couple. The house has been fully renovated, providing well equiped facility's and good sized private rooms and shared areas.

There is a light and airy double room [ 15ft by 13ft ], which has white painted floorboards, and contains shelving, 2 free standing wardrobes and a dresser. A double bed can be provided if needed.
Right next door to the bedroom is another large room, of the same dimensions,which only contains my pc set up.There is a large empty desk, plenty of shelving and a sofa bed. This room can be used as an extra living room / office space by the lucky tenant, or just for storage if you have a lot of gear. On the same floor, next to the bedroom is a small w.c, with the main bathroom on the floor above.

There is a large open plan kitchen/ diner with breakfast bar and sofa. You even get your own fridge...so no cheese disputes ! . This leads onto a good sized living room, which has patio doors opening onto a south facing court yard garden, which has a pond, seating and BBQ area. A great place for entertaining or a quite cuppa in the morning sun.

I am looking for an easy going professional person, ideally aged 30 +. Sorry, but no DSS. Rent will be £80 a week, all inclusive, except private calls [ I have SKY + phone package, so unless you are calling Australia, most calls would be free anyway ] I would consider a couple at £100 a week.

The city centre is 7 minutes away on the number 4 bus, and it costs about £7 in a taxi from the Barbican.

Gas c/h, double glazing, Sky +, Wireless Broadband.
