This is a large, modern and newly decorated studio flat, located in Beckley Court, which is at the top of Armada Way. The location means it is a stone throw away from the train station, the university, the shops, pubs and clubs.
The flat comes furnished: bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Included in the bills: Council tax, TV license, Water rates and WI-FI.
I regret to have to give the flat up, as it is perfectly located and is generally a light and well laid out property, however due to a family illness, I have little choice.
I rent through the Home and Student Link, although to be released from my contract, I have to find someoene else to take it over. If someone was willing to move in ASAP i would let them have my £300 deposit and therefore woudn't have to come up with £300 for their deposit.
