You will be required to have:

•The ability to communicate at all levels
•Ideally 18 months experience in a Customer focussed environment
•The ability to manage and develop diverse teams (including recruitment, disciplinary and performance management)
•Visual merchandising skills
•Basic Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
•Agricultural knowledge, empathy and understanding for the farming community would be an advantage
•The desire to ‘Exceed Customer Expectations’ is essential!
