I am a professional female in my late 20's looking to rent out my spare room as of the 20th Novemeber.

It is a double room in a 2 bed self contained flat. The flat has been recently renovated including new kitchen/bathroom and has all the mod cons. There is a garden (which does need a bit of work to be honest) and on street parking, it is never a problem getting a space though!

I am a tidy, sociable person who works full time and I am looking for somebody who is like minded to share with.
