One years experience in busy hotel/ restaurant kitchens, on cold section mainly, some hot.. baking, cooking, serving.. I've had great flair with food from a very young age and cook great meals for fun.
I'm very conscientious and professional, and punch well above my weight in terms of level of experience/productivity.
