My name is Marta, I'm 36 years old and I'm going to start a Phd in Plymouth.
I'm looking for a a nice room (double) in a friendly house. I don't mind to live with the landlord/landlady and I don't mind if there is only two of us, although I prefer more people.
I'm very friendly and easy going, I like a clean and tidy house however I'm not obsesive. I like to go out but I really enjoy nights.
I don't smoke so I prefer a non smoking house, I love animals so if there are any pets I'm very happy.
