Our Client based in Cornwall is seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join there team for 3 months.

Typical requirements of the role will be:
- ASB Cases
- Variety of client groups
- Serving Notices
- Lettings and Notifications

About the role:
- 37 hrs per week
- Full-Time Monday to Friday
- 9am - 5pm
- Immediate start

Requirements:
- Housing Experience
- Good Communication
- Interpersonal skills
- Previous Housing Officer experience
