There are four of us that live in the house all of whom have graduated and are working in the local area. We are looking for a reliable young professional of a similar background in full-time employment.

The house is spread over three floors, offering an excellent communal space with tv, and wireless broadband. There are 2 bathrooms one shower room and one normal bathroom.

We also have a large garden which is great for BBQs, on street parking is available on a permit basis but 2mins down the road the permit restriction stops.

Smoking is not allowed in the property.
