Pastry Chef - Live out - Devon - 18,000 to 22,000

My client is currently looking for a strong Pastry Chef to assist with the smooth running and maintaining of a the pastry section in this busy 3 Red Star Hotel in the heart of the Devon. This Hotel boast fantastic cuisine and is currently seeking its first Michelin Star, so the right candidate will have the chance to work with some of the finest chefs in the UK and gain valuable experience.

As Pastry Chef you will be expected to have the following -
* Knowledge of running your own section and the ability to maintain a very high standard
* Strong understanding of Pastry ingredients
* Rosette background as Pastry Chef ideal but not essential
* Qualification's would be and advantage

Salary and Benefits -
* As Pastry Chef you will be offered 18,000 to 22,000 per annum
* Share of the Tips
* Be part of a Michelin Star kitchen
