The rent includes all bills and there is already a wireless broadband connection set up at no price to you. It is a student house with 5 guys and 2 girls. They're fun people and easy to get along with. The room is on the top floor so if you choose to it's easy to keep to yourself. There are 3 bathrooms and a shared two-part kitchen. Also a communal area.

It is a couple minutes off of Mutley Plain and 5-10 minutes (depending on walking speed) from town and the university.
