My client an established Ski tour operator are seeking to recruit Head and Sous chef candidates to join their teams for the forthcoming Winter season 2009-10.
The positions will be based within their operations in either France, Italy, Switzerland or Austria.
You will have a proven track record in 3-4 Star operations as our clients operations can vary from small to large catering for up to at maximum, 400 guests a day- Breakfast and Dinner.
Working with agreed costs and budgets , you will be expected to drive your team forward in ensuring food is prepared and delivered on time without compromising standards.
The package offered is excellent, incentives and rewarding, you will need to be prepared to work long hours but its a fantastic experience and a must for sous and head chefs who are seeking a real challenge for 6 months.
