I have a lovely Double Loftroom to rent in my friendly family 4 bedroomed house. I live with my two children and 4 cats. We are very easy going and the house is happy, busy and clean, well sometimes a little untidy the house is central to Plymouth and has all the mod cons. It has off road parking, garage and garden. Rent is £320 for single people and £350 for couples, all bills are included. There is access to a private toilet/ shower room, Broadband and Sky TV. We also have cleaner who comes once a week to help out! We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly and who is happy to share with children and cats!
