Chef de Partie required for an award winning fine food gastro pub near to the tip of Cornwall. Set amid dramatic coastal scenery the food is locally sourced and makes up a menu that could be described as the best of modern British European and world influenced fine dining set in a relaxed stylish setting with a focus on excellent service.

We are looking for reliable food passionate applicants with a proven background in multi rosette standard kitchens. The role offers excellent opportunity for progression and creativity within a very well looked after and appreciated staff team. The salary is between £15,000 to £17,000 depending upon experience.
