I am a author, freelance writer and health coach/nutritionist. I need a quiet room to rent for a few months while I work on my 2nd book.

Because while actually writing I don't earn much (if any) money I currently rely on top ups from Housing Benefit so this would have to be acceptable to you.

What do I need:
A medium sized furnished or semi-furnished room thats warm and comfy
Good internet access (Imperitive for a writer)
Decent amount of fridge space (I eat tons of salad!)

Where:
I currently live in Plymouth so central would be ideal although I would consider moving to somewhere like Totnes or Tavistock etc.

How much:
I live on a VERY tight budget while writing so no silly rents please, and I will be needing you to accept Housing Benefit. I am willing to offer work in exchange for rent as well as money though.

What can I offer:
An (almost) famous (!) clean, tidy, quiet, non-smoking lodger who can also help out with various household tasks as well as pay.
I don't watch TV or play loud music.

I am also happy to do a part-rent/part-trade agreement and have the following useful skills:
Gardening
PR/Marketing
Nutrition/aromatherapy/organic facialist (your own in-house beauty coach??)
Webdesign/ graphic design/ copy writing
Admin
I also make natural skincare products, incense, jewellery and acessories

In general I am a friendly person who gets on with everyone, I keep to myself and am pretty quiet but can be the life and soul of the party too.
