Hi, I have rooms to let in my spacious, 3 storey house located in the Ford area., to either a single tenant or a couple.The house has been fully renovated, providing well equiped facility's and spacious private rooms and shared areas.
There is a light and airy large double bedroom [ 15ft by 13ft], which has white painted floorboards, and contains shelving , 2 free standing wardrobes, and a dresser unit. A double bed can be provided if needed.Right next door to the bedroom I have another large room [ 15ft by 13ft], which only contains my p.c set up; there is empty desk space ,plenty of shelving and a sofa bed.This room can be used as an extra living room/ office space by the lucky tenant.
On the same floor is a small w.c, and a main bathroom on the floor above.
There is a large open plan kitchen / diner with breakfast bar and sofa, leading onto a large living room, which has patio doors opening onto a south facing court yard garden, with pond, seating and BBQ area.A great place for entertaining.
I am looking for an easy going professional person. Sorry, but no DSS. Rent £80 per week, all inclusive , except private calls [ I have Sky+ phone package, so most would be free anyway ]. I would consider a couple, at rent of £96 per week.
The city centre is 7 minutes away on the number 4 bus, and it costs about £6.50 in a taxi from the Barbican. I don't mind smokers, so long as you go in the garden.
Gas C/H, double glazing, Sky +, wireless broadband, and a fantastic bargain
