Due to a change in persoanl cercumstances i'm looking for someone to take over a lovely ground floor flat in stoke close to the millbridge pub.
It has a large bedroom, a lounge with a small kitchen and a bathroom. It come furnished and has its own washing machine. The bedroom has large doors which open into the garden.
The flat is in a divided house and all the other tenants are lovely. You have the option of filling my contract through to the end of feb or starting a new one for six months.
Its a lovely flat and i'm sad to leave. The rent is £450 a month, gas and electric are on key and the other bills come to roughly £125pcm.
