Administrative duties in a busy public sector office
· Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input
· Producing relevant documents
· Preparing files for transport, delivery and use by other departments
· Answering queries (telephone/written correspondence/face-to-face)
· Serving customers
· General photocopying and filing
· Dealing with numerical calculations
· Post opening
· General ad hoc office duties
