The location is perfect for anyone working in the city centre, but also we're close to the Barbican for the night life, although the place is surprisingly quiet considering the busy surroundings.
It's £365 pcm, which includes rent, utility bills, wireless broadband & sky TV. We think it's suitable for someone late 20's - 30's, professionals/post grad students, no-one on benefits & no party maniacs (please!). The room will be available mid October.
