I am looking to rent out my spare room. I am 26, an Engineer working in Plymouth.

The room is 2m x 3.7m in size with a high ceiling and an ensuite with a shower.
The room also has a 2m x 1.8m raised area, which is where my guests slept, or could be used for storage. It is available furnished, part furnished, or unfurnished!

The house has a pretty and private garden, modern gas central heating, large windows, wooden floors, dishwasher, washer dryer, gas oven, fridge freezer, fast internet with wifi and a flat screen.

The house is in Moorhaven, a beautiful and peaceful village near Bittaford, with easy access to Ivybridge and the A38 into Plymouth. The village has private woodland on Dartmoor, and also two tennis courts, use of which are included in the rent. You will also have a dedicated parking space.

The price includes all bills, council tax, water, gas etc etc.
