My client is looking for a customer advisor to join one of the biggest financial blue chip companies within Europe.

An overview of the role

You'll welcome customers to your branch, help them find what they're looking for and suggest alternative ways for them to use the available services without queuing up for the counter.

Key responsibilities

As well as dealing with our customers as they come into the branch, you'll also look for opportunities to promote our products and refer customers to other members of the branch team (e.g. our personal financial advisors) for more information.

The skills and experience you'll need

You'll essentially be the face of the bank, so you'll need to be customer focused and sales driven.

Salary ranges between £12,000 - £13,000 per annum.
