Senior new role in superb hotel at the very highest level

Salary circa neg + bonus and excellent benefits

Experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager required for a leading property, You must be organised, driven and able to provide the highest standards of service across the F&B operation at this site. The key pre-requisites are that you can ensure a comprehensive and professional Food & Beverage operation focusing on leadership, direction, and innovation as well as ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and hygiene within this environment.

You should be able to effectively monitor and manage the Food & Beverage team to achieve budget, deliver a quality product whilst always maintaining an enjoyable working environment. The role will ideally suit a manager who is front of house in style and more than willing to lead by example. You must be customer focused and be able to build & maintain relationships with the members. Experience of running conference and banqueting is essential as this site has ongoing C&B business for approx. 200 people.

You will ideally have at least 5 years food and beverage management experience and preferably come from a hotel or country club operation, a branded high street restaurant or branded catering outlet.
