I currently have a Double Room available in my 3 bedroom house in Plymouth, which is available from the 8th November.
I am outgoing, active 31 year old professional female, the share would be with myself and one other. We are social and enjoy cooking for each other as well as the occasional night/day out. bills are not included in the rent
The house has recently been refurbished throughout with new locking doors. There is a very large kitchen that is fully equipped with Washer, Dryer, fridge freezer and Dishwasher. Also there is a conservatory used as a dining room that leads onto a large lounge with leather sofas, Plasma TV and Sky. There is a wireless network in the house as part of the sky package.
The second floor has a bathroom equipped with bath/shower and a separate toilet.
The room is a double room and can be rented unfurnished or furnished depending on preference
The house is fully double glazed and has central heating throughout the rear garden is patioed and has a washing line.
The house near a main Plymouth bus route.
