am due to move into a property in 3 weeks time and am looking for someone to move into the spare room.

The room is huge and has a double bed wardrobe and beside cabinet in. you could also fit in your own chest of drwers if needed. Don't be deceived by the pictures, its pretty hard to get the camera at a good angle. The furniture can be left or taken away as needed.

The kitchen is fully kitted out, firdge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

In the lounge I have a 40 inch Tv ready to be put in. Sofa's obviously and on the other side is a dining room table and chairs.

The lounge has an added bonus of leading out onto a massive roof terrace of about 40 sqm, this is shared with another flat, however great for BBQ's if we ever have any weather for it !

The property is wooden flooring throughout apart from the bedrooms and bathrooms.

That flat is right in the city centre, don't be decieved by its loaction though, everything is brand new and top of the range.

The rent inclused all bills Tv, broadband, phone, electric, gas council tax etc. You would have your own bathroom as I have an ensuite.

Any more questions let me know. Im 20,really work focussed, study full time and work full time so am often a very busy boy. You could say i'm a bit of a reculse because of how much I do but always up for a chat after work.
