We are a respectable family consisting of myself and four children.

We all are non smokers and have no pets

We are moving down to the south west for family and personal reasons.

Please no agents we only want to deal with the landlords direct.

Initially we will have to rent on a housing benefit basis but this wouldnt be for much more than 12 months (hopefully).

There would not be any problems with the rent as if there was a shortfall i can pay the extra.

I have the deposit and rent upfront and we would pay this on completion of any deal.
